Dave brings over 50 years of experience in the fiberglass industry, having started in 1969 working alongside his father. His deep knowledge and hands-on expertise, combined with a passion for innovation, have been central to the company’s success and reputation.
In 2012, Dave and his wife Carol founded Crosslink Laminates Inc., which became incorporated in 2018. As an owner, Dave is dedicated to bringing his customers’ visions to life while maintaining strong, profitable business relationships. His commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation continues to drive Crosslink’s growth and success.

Carol, alongside her husband Dave, is the co-owner of Crosslink Laminates Inc. and oversees the financial side of the business. With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, she brings a strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for accounting.
In 2012, Carol took a leap of faith into a new business venture, helping build Crosslink from the ground up. Beyond her work in business, she’s also an accomplished author—featured on television and radio in 2018 for her first published book, From There to Here.

Adam brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass manufacturing, getting his start working alongside his father, Dave. His practical knowledge and commitment to quality have been key to Crosslink Laminates Inc.’s success and steady growth.
As President, and co-owner, Adam oversees all production operations and ensures the manufacturing floor runs efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver top-quality products. Focused on consistency, reliability, and craftsmanship, Adam takes pride in making sure every job is done right and that customers receive results they can count on.

If you contact our office, chances are you’ll be speaking with Casey. She joined Crosslink Laminates Inc. in June 2019 and quickly became an integral part of our team. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Human Resources Management certification from York University, Casey brings both people-focused insight and strong organizational expertise to her role.
With nearly a decade of experience supporting local businesses through office, printing, and administrative solutions, Casey oversees all aspects of administration at Crosslink — from purchasing and HR to shipping and receiving. As Vice President and co-owner, she’s passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, and is excited about the company’s continued growth and future success.
